David Tully is a seasoned real estate professional with a sales license earned in 2009. His expertise spans residential real estate, investment transactions, commercial properties, and second homes, including vacation homes. David holds several notable designations, including Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager ( CRB ), Pricing Strategy Advisor ( PSA ), Certified Real Estate Team Specialist ( C-RETS ).

In recognition of his outstanding contributions, David was honored with the "Tomorrow's Leaders Today" award for the Firelands Association of Realtors and is the only member who has received the National Association of Realtor's "Certified International Property Specialist" ( CIPS ). He has served as a Board Director of the Firelands Association of Realtors and is a member of both Firelands MLS and MLS Now. David has worked on many islands, including: Kelleys Island, Middle Bass, South Bass (Put-In-Bay), Manhattan/Long Island, Siesta Key (FL), Martha's Vineyard (MA), Bermuda, United Kingdom, Australia. As Assistant Director at Ernst & Young, he worked with 20+ countries building strategic global relationships & negotiating contracts with Wall Street companies. David continues to assist Veterans seeking homes and had an office at Wright-Patterson AFB. His national & international accounts management with computer technologies, and federal government continues to drive him towards corporate relocation services development.

Outside of his professional life, David enjoys family time with his wife, three adult kids, and their "grandchild" Australian Shepherd "Benji". He enjoys quality time with his grandchildren and friends and has actively engaged in communities as Economic Development Officer (Las Vegas,NV & Sydney, Australia), Treasurer of Business & Professional Women (Berea,OH), Councilman, and Chair, Planning & Zoning (Bay View). David earned degrees at Lorain County Community College (LCCC) and Miami U of Oxford, Oh.
